- Plan for topics that need prepared or reviewed for the upcoming school year
- Assign principals a topic that they will lead at the principals' academy
- Develop a lesson plan for the assigned topics
- Gather materials for presentation
- Present the assigned topic to colleagues, make any revisions, and distribute to the team for the beginning of the school year
