Management and Leadership ~ Principals' Academy 2018

GOAL:  Design an elementary administrative team Principals' Academy for their summer professional learning and planning sessions that incorporates team building, professional learning, curriculum, and various areas of planning for the upcoming school year. 

WHY:  To build an effective leadership team and program that supports a shared vision from Pre-K through 12th grade that allows all to Aspire, Achieve, Succeed, and Dream (A.A.S.D.).  
  • Eight Elementary Schools on Individual Islands each with unique Demographics 
  • Four New Principals
  • Inconsistency with Curriculum, Resources, Expectations, Results, Procedures 
  • Teachers were craving consistency.
